I was on a Podcast! Listen to my Interview with The Offbeat Life Podcast

I was recently featured on the Off Beat Life Podcast! Make sure you give my episode a listen and let me know what you think!

I was featured on The Offbeat Life Podcast! Here’s the link to listen to my interview with Debbie, host of the Offbeat Life Podcast.

You’re looking at the newest member of Offbeat Life. I was recently interviewed by Debbie, the host of Offbeat Life, to talk about working as a Pinterest Manager and traveling the world.

Debbie is an expert at helping you navigate life off course from what our parents had in store for us (in other words, ditching that 9-5 for a more traveled life). Like me, Debbie left home and fell in love with the world. She also realized there were a lot of ways to navigate and make money remotely, without having to go back to the 9-5.

If you’re wanting to join this remote work lifestyle, but you’re confused about where and how to get started, the Offbeat Life is the podcast for you. You are going to want to binge on this podcast! Before my interview, I listened to A LOT of episodes!

What’s in my interview?

For those of you who are new around here, I thought I’d take this podcast opportunity to reintroduce myself to you. As I just mentioned, I am a Pinterest Marketer busy traveling the world, pinning for clients around the world on my laptop. I’ve been to over 70 countries since I left home over 6 years ago. Soon I’ll be moving to a new tropical destination and if you’d like to be the first to know where that is, you’ll have to follow me on Instagram @justynjen.

It wasn’t until 4 years ago that I launched my Pinterest Marketing Agency. Before that, I worked solely as a travel blogger, something that continues to be my first passion.

Being from Utah, growing up no one left Utah unless they were going on a Mormon Mission. I didn’t realize that backpacking and exploring the world was an option for me. Once I took that first step, I never looked back. I’ve been to South America, Central America, Europe, all over Asia and to Egpyt. It’s been an absolute dream come true.

And I’ve got Pinterest to thank for that. My original plan was to leave home for a gap year. I had plans to return to school and finish getting my nursing degree. About halfway through my second year away from home, I started to run out of money.

Travel blogging was a lot harder and a lot less lucrative than I thought it was going to be. So I had to get creative and come up with new ways to make money.

But hey, I’m getting ahead of myself. Listen to my podcast interview with Debbie to learn more about my journey and how I got to where I am today!

Would you like to learn more about my journey? I’d love to be on YOUR podcast! I’m here to talk about all things travel, Pinterest, blogging, loss, and more. All you have to do is email me at and we can go from there.

In the meantime, enjoy my recent chat with Debbie from Offbeat Life.
